Providing a high level of service!

The District's role is to provide sanitary sewer service for residents in our District, whether that be to existing homes or new homes. The District's goal is to provide a high level of uninterrupted service in a way that has the least impact possible on our District's environment. To those ends, we currently are able to provide service at rates lower than surrounding sewer districts while at the same time improving our lines and equipment when we are able and as it makes sense, both logistically and financially. Given that the District is funded only by the fees it collects for the services it provides and does not receive governmental support, the Board strives to make prudent fiscal decisions and to be proactive rather than reactive to maintain the system. Historically, the Board has not imposed mandatory connections, although the District is authorized to do so and could in the future require connection if deemed to be in the best interests of the District. As a Board, we strive to work cooperatively with any resident that wants to connect to provide service to fulfill our purpose and maintain good relationships with the residents of the District.
